Roberto "Bobby" Lim, USNA '42, celebrated yesterday his 90th birthday in his elegant Taft Avenue Mansion, scene of several Annapolis alumni get-togethers over the years. Congressman Roilo "Roy" Golez, USNA '70, was one of the guests of Bobby Lim, the very well loved and respected Grand Old Man of the United States Naval Academy Alumni Association, Philippine Chapter. Roy presented Bobby with a mini grandfather clock to pay tribute to a "timeless" Annapolis alumnus. Bobby is the only one in the group who showed up in Annapolis get-togethers wearing his original plebe white works.
